Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.
The past year or so, has been hard for everyone on so many levels. Mental health awareness has never been at the forefront like it is right now and it's important to ensure people know it's okay not to be okay, and that there's help there. 'Why didn't you say something?' Or 'you're silly for bottling it up' are meant in the best way, but have you ever felt so low, that you wondered if anyone would notice if you were gone? Picturing your loved ones living their lives without you. I hope you haven't but many people have and do. Talking about it isn't always easy. But with the Samaritans, there's someone there to listen. To not judge. You can tell them without worrying about feeling foolish the morning after. This is my third year doing something for the Samaritans because they literally change people's lives. Every single day. So help me raise £400 which will help them so much. And in return I'll chuck myself out of a plane. Safely of course. Thank you.
