Thank you for your interest in joining the ZOOM meditation group starting Wednesday April 20th and then running every Wednesday (last session is May 25th!) - that is 6 classes !!!!

(classes take place at 8.15pm - till 9pm!)

The minimum donation is £60

This works out at £10 per class. 

Each class will take you through a journey of meditating and and help you develop and improve your practice and doing it together is where the magic really begins!!! And ALL the money goes to charity - so your payment is helping others - it is a WIN/WIN!!!

The focus is wellbeing and self-care - something that often gets overlooked as we are too busy for ourselves, or busy meditating trying to figure out life stuff - which isn't really meditating!

• Experience a deeper connection with self
• Receive more meditation techniques and tools that will support you (they never go out of date!)
• And each week the meditation part will be recorded for you to keep for ever too!
