Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  Cancer has affected my life and those closest to me.  My dad battled prostate cancer not too long ago and I remember all too well the uncertainty and worry that accompanies the countless operations, hospital treatments and medications that cancer often requires, it tests us all, and I imagine this is a similar story for many.

So when the opportunity arose to challenge cancer it didn't take long to convince myself that cycling across 450km of some of the worlds most beautiful and thought provoking terrain might just be a darn good way to do it.  Now, I won't lie, I like to cycle and I like to get out and about a bit, but knowing that the turn of each pedal and each drop of sweat in the high temperatures and humidity of Vietnam and Cambodia might go some way to funding the fight against this disease that affects so many of us, well, that makes this incredible challenge all the more worthwhile.

I would be so grateful if you could join me along the way by helping me reach my fundraising goal.

Thank you

Scott
