Hi. My name is Sofia. I am 27 years old and I am from Porto, Portugal.

I was diagnosed with APS during 2017. I had two strokes and a DVT already. It has been a long journey but it has been worth it because I am alive!! I wake up happy everyday and with an enormous desire to make the world a better place. Not only for me but for all the people that cross my path.  

My goal for 2018 is running the British 10k and raise money for APS Support UK. 

I am not doing this just for me or just for APS. I am doing this to create AWARENESS! I am doing for all the people that have the disease and for all that unfortunately die because of it. I am here to raise my voice but I am also here to send a message to all of you: Please keep fighting!! I am telling you: I will never ever give up!
