Every year I run something for a charity and this year I've had to get a little more creative as there aren't any races to take part in!  So, starting on December 1st I will run at least 5k every other day for the whole month.  This will include both my birthday and Christmas Day!  In the interests of proving that I've done what I promised I have joined Strava and will upload all my runs there for everyone to view.  If you want to join in you're more than welcome, but as usual please feel free to watch me do all the hard work...

I've run for Treetops before and in these interesting times supporting a local charity that continues to do amazing work supporting patients and their families was an easy choice.  So much fundraising has been disrupted this year hopefully my small effort will help just a little.
