Alice Winfield hair donation to The Little Princess Trust · 19 October 2019

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Alice who is aged 10 has decided that she wants to donate 12 inches of her hair to The Little Princess Trust who provide real hair wigs free of charge to children and young people up to the age of 24 that have sadly lost their own hair due to cancer treatment and other illnesses.

Alice was 8 years old when she decided to donate her hair, as well as donating her hair Alice also wants to raise money for the trust as it costs £350 to make each wig.

Alice is having her hair cut on Saturday 19th October at Wilson & Rogers in Lees, Oldham.

Alice would like to raise at least £350 to cover the cost of the wig being made, but would love to raise a lot more if she can.
