Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, neurodegenerative disease that is 100% fatal. Over 5000 people are diagnosed with ALS every year, and life expectancy is 2-5 years.

The ALS Association provides assistance for people with ALS,
enhancing their quality of life whilst searching for new treatments and a cure.

We are a group of cake artists coming together to support the ALS Association. Choosing well-loved storybooks by our favourite authors and illustrators, we have brought the characters to life in cake form! Author William Joyce says it best in one of his stories: "Morris liked to share the books with others. Sometimes it was a favourite that everyone loved, and other times he found a lonely little volume
