We are raising money in memory of Sylvia Hammond who sadly passed away on the 24th November 2021 after a short battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Mum was a beautiful and selfless person who was the heart of the family and dedicated her life to being a nurse and  midwife delivering thousands of babies, including her grandchildren throughout hospitals and in the community for over 40 years sharing her unconditional kindness, support and love. Her dry sense of humour was unmatched and she was loved and will be missed by so many. Truly a hero and an inspiration to us all.
