I am fundraising for Breast Cancer Care because the support they give is invaluable during difficult times. They are always on hand to answer any questions and offer advice and support.

In 2018 I was diagnosed with an aggressive grade 2 breast tumour. Thankfully I found it early and am now cancer free but the effect it has had on my life has been phenomenal. 

I have had friends and family who have had breast cancer and it is scary how common it is becoming. Support and research is so important so that's why I am raising money.

Along with the Pink Ribbon Walk with my daughter Freya and friends Jane, Helen and Nigel I am also doing the Carsington 7+ run in May with Nigel and the Notts half marathon in September with Nigel Robinson, Laura Hayes and Kerry Powell. The friends I am running and walking with were there for me throughout last year and I am so proud that they are still supporting me in my fundraising😊
