As an M.E sufferer for 15 years, I (Becky) have heard many different stories of this disabling illness through other friends and Facebook pages. Over the years I've kept up my fitness pretty well but in recent months it's all taken a bit of a nosedive and pain is now constant while energy is in increasingly short supply. While I (hopefully!) can, I wanted to do something to help those worse off than me, and benefit all of us.

I'm joined by my sister, Rachel, who, after a very nasty ankle break last year, is still limping around, sore, with lots of metal in her foot, so this is going to be quite a challenge for her too! Luckily, we have our children, Dylan (11), Isla (9) and Ruby (8) to help us along and keep us smiling :-)
