The Sussex Air Ambulance is a charity very close to my heart if it wasn't for them a friend of my family wouldn't be here today. I have raised funds before for the Air Ambulance by doing an open water swim and i will keep raising funds as the charity totally rely on donations to keep running and what they do saves lives xx
