Story

This Children's Mental Health Week, The Holgate Academy are shining a spotlight on the importance of children and young peoples mental health and fundraising to help more children and young people get the emotional support they need. We know that many children and young people's mental health has been affected over the past year. According to one survey, 83% of young people with mental health conditions found that these worsened during the COVID-19 pandemic - meaning Place2Be's work has never been more needed. Let's come together and work towards a future where no child has to face mental health problems alone.

To help raise money for this important cause - we are asking students and staff to express themselves by dressing to impress e.g. Fancy dress/Colourful/smart/fun clothes, on 5th February. Lets see you in your live lessons or take photo's and send to
