Inspired by Amanda's efforts last year I will be dragging myself round the 26.2 mile course in April. I'm raising money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation in memory of my Dad, Tom, who many of you know lost his life to the disease 5 years ago. I was amazed by everyone's generosity last year and hope that you will be able to spare some money for this great cause.
