Inspired by the TV series coast, we have an ambition to walk the entire length of the UK's coastline, initially a hobby idea now a fundraising opportunity.

We are very pleased to announce that following a longer than expected break due to a new addition to the family, and some challenging personal times, including the loss of a much loved father & grandfather we are planning our next walk which will commence on 10th June 2017 continuing the charity coast walk from the whale bones at WHITBY to SOUTH GARE on the southern side of the river Tees (Approximately 30+ miles). We are dedicating this leg of our epic journey to my father, Sid Thompson and will be raising money for his chosen charity 'The British Heart Foundation'.

We are also planning our third walk in September 2017 which will be an invitational event for you to join us and raise money for your own charities, this will commerce from the Northern banks of the Tees river to the south bank of the Tyne, more information on this will follow, however please feel free to share and let us know your interest so we can begin planning transportation to the route and accommodation.
