Hi, I’m alysha and from now on everyday we are in lockdown I am going to run a mile.

I know I will find this challenging but I want to do this for the NHS because they are being brave during this hard time. 

Even if it rains I’m going to run every day with my mom or dad. 

Running isn’t easy for me but I’m going to do my best every single day just like all the doctors, nurses, care workers and all other NHS workers do.
