Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running for Hamelin Trust as this is a charity super close to my family. Hamelin Trust support children and adults with disabilities and their families.

Please please sponsor me! Every penny raised will drive me to make it across the finish line!

I cannot believe how lucky I am to get a place in the London Marathon. I had no idea how limited the places were until I applied with a group of friends and I was the only one to get in through the ballot.

Those of you that know me well - I've never been overly sporty or into exercise.I have a cross-trainer which I sometimes feel empowered to use when I'm not hanging my washing on it. I still proudly refer to a 10K I completed in 2015 without any training and because of this I can count myself as a runner. I also have a GCSE in P.E so I'm practically an athlete.

After buying all the gear I went for my first run and started seeing spots after 1K. Thankfully I've improved a little since then. 42.2K seems like a long way to get to however with your support I will do it!

If anyone is free to support me on the day I would absolutely love you forever.
