Once again, me and my family are taking part in the Memory Walk for Alzheimer's Society. My Grandad is currently living with Dementia and this walk always falls on or around his birthday. This year, the walk will take place the day before his birthday and we are all coming together to complete the walk and raise money for the second year running. It's important that we give to charities, especially ones which help research conditions which affect so many of us. I always try to sponsor as many of my friends and family as possible and so I'm hoping the favour will be returned this time round. Will be an awesome extra birthday gift for my Grandad to know we have raised money to help his own cause as well as others.

Last year, I came into this event quite late and set a small target of £50 which we just about managed. I'm hoping to raise double that this year! All donations welcome. I'd encourage people to leave their names on donations so I can personally thank the people who help us out!
