We provide advice and support to improve the lives of people with a stoma

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We are taking part in the Warrior Run, 14km of mud and obstacles, in aid of the Colostomy Association. We would really appreciate any donation you would like to give to help us support the association and those who benefit from their work.

The Colostomy Association is the leading stoma charity in the United Kingdom. It provides invaluable support to thousands of ostomates, their families and carers pre and post operatively. Almost one person in every 500 people in the UK is likely to be affected by stoma surgery.

The Colostomy Association is there to provide support, reassurance and practical information to anyone who has or is about to have a colostomy. They strive to raise awareness of what it’s like to have a stoma and what it means to live with a colostomy and by doing this, they hope to address the general lack of public knowledge.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the Colostomy Association. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
