I'm running the London Marathon for Hospice UK in memory of my wonderful Grandma, who sadly passed away in April 2021. It was completely unexpected but she received great end of life care, right until the very end. With coronovirus restrictions still in place, it was hard to be away and not understanding the information but Hospice UK's website provided a wealth of information about dying and grief that really helped me through the process and prepared me for my Grandma's final moments. 

We were lucky to have received such compassionate care from the nurses and hospice workers but not everyone is as fortunate. Hospice UK works to ensure that all adults and children received the best possible end of life care and support they need, when they need it.
