Wing Walk for Weymouth Cats · 25 July 2017

We share our lives with cats. They bring happiness to millions of us every day. Yet too many cats don’t get the care and kindness they deserve. At Cats Protection we stand up for every cat to make life better for cats and the people who care for them.

Story

In April 2018 I will turn 70 years old, and I thought what better way to celebrate it than by fulfilling a dream of feeling the wind in my hair at 130mph whilst helping local cats at the same time!

On 30th June 2018 I will be challenging myself to a Wing Walk from Compton Abbas airfield - where I will be moving about on top of the wings of a moving plane to raise money for Cats Protection's Weymouth branch!

I will have been fostering cats for the branch for over 2 years by then. I love helping to care for the many abused, neglected and unwanted cats the branch takes in.

I want to do this to help them and also to complete a major challenge.

The Weymouth Branch of Cats Protection received no government funding and relies heavily on public support to help care for the many cats they care for each year.

Please sponsor me to help them - No amount is too small or large and every penny makes a difference.

Thank you xx
