We are a group of Community nurses based in Winchester. We are passionate about good end of life care and we were thrilled when we heard that a hospice was being set up in Winchester. We feel that this will be a much needed service that will really benefit our patients and the local community but it does need support and money to make it happen. 

To help the hospice along the way we are doning our walking boots and challenging ourselves to walk 25miles around the patch we work in.  This will be from Alresford to West Meon to Medstead and then back to Alresford.
