The explosion of Mount Merapi started towards the end of October and continues with increasing violence until today. Authorities have stated that the eruptions are the strongest within the last 140 years and left 200 people dead and more than 350 000 people had to be evacuated from their homes so far.<br />oTheCloudhead spent his summer holidays in this area and and is in close contact with the people. <br />We saw photographs and heard stories about their situation and so I wanted to help to fundraise money for them.<br /><br />So here is the deal...<br /><br />Our idea was to have a sponsored hair dye. Everybody who thinks they would like to see us walking around with their favourite colour on my head/ or the most ridicolous one they can think off should participate!<br />The plan is that you sign up with a minumum contribution of &pound;0,50 and the colour you would like me to dye my hair.<br /><br />&pound;0,50 counts one voting point for your colour, every &pound;0,50 more gives you another point!<br /><br />e.g. If you give me &pound;1,50 for the colour pink, then pink has three votes...<br /><br />We will let this fundraise run till the 20th of december, so that the people in Indonesia receive the money before christmas... then we will dye my hair and also publish some pictures for you...<br /><br />We promise to leave the hair dye for at least a month so that you can all enjoy it!<br /><br />Here is your one off chance to make me look like a nerd and do something good on top of it!<br /><br />Please spread the word and get in touch with me or oTheCloudhead if you dont know how to send the money!<br /><br />oTheCloudhead thinks his grandma will kill him when he comes home for christmas! ;)<br /><br />So please help us!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
