Story
In April 2009, I will take part in the 4th bi-annual ‘Polar Race’ – dubbed ‘the world’s toughest race’. I will race for 4 weeks, across 400 miles of arctic tundra in temperatures of -40 degrees, pulling 50kg of equipment and supplies on a sledge behind me to reach the North Pole, and by doing so, become one of fewer than 400 people to have set foot on either Pole.
All money raised will go to Future Hope, a charity which raises funds to provide school facilities and an education to orphaned children in India. This is one of the charities supported by the Geneva Appeal for Children in Need, created by a group of friends & colleagues in Geneva to raise money for childrens charities.
Thanks for your support,
Adrian
