Thanks for visiting FWBO Dhammaloka's fundraising page.

We're a UK charity dedicated to supporting a wide variety of projects in India, all run by local Buddhists.  All are working in many ways to reestablish the Dhamma in India: it's their passport to a new life for them and their communities, one based on self-respect and the opportunity to fulfil their potential as human beings.  Why is this necessary - because of appalling stigma of 'untouchability' laid upon them by the Hindu caste system over many many generations.

We work with youth, women, tribal people, and inter-caste initiatives - click here to see a full list of the current projects we're working with.  You can channel money to whichever of these you choose by clicking the link above and going to their own fundraising page.
