The three peaks challenge involves climbing the highest mountain peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in one long, continuous, painful struggle. The peaks in question are Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowden and will be completed in that order.

A group of work colleagues and myself will be completing the three peaks in hopefully around 13 hours:

Ben Nevis - 5 hoursScafell Pike - 4 hoursSnowden - 4 hoursTaking into account the time it will take to travel between the locations we should complete all three within 24 hours!

Any amount of donation will be appreciated and all of the money goes to the Princes Trust.
