It's that time of year again! Having enjoyed myself so thoroughly last year,   , I've decided to run the London 10k again for the same charity. For those that don't know, one of my bro's, Javier, currently works for part of this trust, and they really do provide a superb service for those that need them at the Birmingham Children's Hospital. Edward's Trust managed to raise £17.5k from this run last year, so it really is a good event for them. Feel free to visit their site at www.edwardstrust.org.uk for more info on what they do. As you can see, I'm hoping to raise at least £300 for them this year, so thanks in advance for your generosity. We all completed it last year,  so we know we can do it, and it means we all have a time to beat!!
