The challenge is a 5 day trek in the Himalayas ~15km a day, which doesn't sound much but the rocky road, great slopes and height will make it a ted harder than a stroll in a park. There is also surviving 4 nights in camp,  which (to me) is even more of a challenge (to be honest, I am dreading it).

I started a blog to record my fundraising progress, training for the challenge (which will - hopefully - get me back into sufficient shape to cope) and plan to write a 'Himalayan diary',  which will also be published there together with pictures.
