Once again Galloway Group are taking on the Monster Challenge of 73 miles in 24 hours - 30 bike, 43 hike from Fort William to Inverness.

For some strange reason, 3 of last years participants Donald, Jim and Andy are taking part again this year despite the pain.

And four new volunteers have stepped forward - Nicola, Sandy, Caroline and Norah.
