<p>On the 18th-20th April I-Ben Farmer, Tom Munday and Fraser Hyland will ride from the Millenium Stadium, Cardiff to Tower Bridge, London. We have just started our training regime and hope to reach the peak of our fitness by the 18th of April. We will do a trial day of riding from Horsham to Arandal to Brighton to Horsham. The money that we raise will be going directly to the schools we are visiting this summer in Gambia.</p>
