SpecialEffect enable fun, inclusion, independence and a better quality of life for physically disabled people across the world through the inspirational use of adaptive technology.

Story

We all know how much we enjoy playing video games and what better to see everyone be a part of that fun? That's why the guys from 1001-Up.com, Kevin from The Mental Attic and The Dad, Gentleman Geek are teaming up to raise as many funds as possible for SpecialEffect.

SpecialEffect is dedicated to using technology to enhance the quality of life of people with all kinds of needs, including stroke and road traffic accident patients, individuals with life-limiting conditions and injured soldiers returning from overseas. They're the only UK charity devoted to helping everyone enjoy video games, kickstarting their rehabilitation, self-esteem and inclusion.

Fancy joining us for SpecialEffect 24-hour gaming marathon? Drop us an email and be a part of our team or keep up to date with us on Twitter, everyone is welcome!
