We raise funds by volunteering our services to assist with garden clearing for friends and neighbours in return for donations to  MS charities.  The current appeal is for Shift.MS - an online community for young people with MS. http://www.shift.ms/ .  This charity is providing excellent support through the networking facilities and other help it provides. 

The level of donation guideline we suggest is £5 per hour for each of us.
