Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Parkinson's UK are a fantastic charity and they are working hard to develop a cure for the disease. My mum developed the condition a few years ago and bravely tackles it every day; she is my inspiration for this attempting challenge and I am determined to complete the Three Peaks and raise as much money as I can in aid of such a worthy cause.

I will be doing the Challenge with a group of friends, who will also be collecting for their chosen charities. We will be starting at Ben Nevis in Scotland on Saturday August 11th before travelling down to the Lake District's huge Scafell Pike before finishing the Challenge at Mount Snowdon in Wales. After that, I intend to get into the pub and have a well earned pint! So if anyone cares to meet us at the finishing line on Sunday 12th August in Wales please let me know and I can get your directions to the pub!

Thanks again for visiting my page and please dig deep and donate as much as you can.
