Well it's that time of year again and I've been persuaded(arm twisted)  to run the Cardiff Half Marathon again.

Hopefully this year I can avoid the pain and injury of last year (see Picture!) and improve on last years time of 2h07min. 

This year i'll be running in aid of Cancer Research UK who are are doing some important work in the fight to prevent and treat cancer.  Unfortunately most of us at some point or other will be touched by the effects of Cancer, so help support Cancer Research by sponsoring me.
