I'm raising money for the MS Society in memory of my mum, who was diagnosed at 17 and dealt with it with the most incredible grace, dignity and humour, until she passed away at 54. The last year has seen some pretty significant breakthroughs in the research into MS, and while it's currently incurable, developments in treatments are looking increasingly encouraging.
