The Willow Foundation is a unique charity that organises and funds very special, morale-boosting and memorable days for seriously ill young adults, aged 16-40, throughout the UK.

My wife was provided with one of these days and it made such a difference to her life in both the short and long term. 

This year marks ten years of the Willow Foundation and I am taking part in ten 10km races and various others throughout 2009 to raise funds and awareness.  Please give what you can to this worthwhile charity.
