Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

ON 25 APR 2010 I COMPLETED THE VIRGIN LONDON MARATHON CARRYING 101 LBS IN A TIME OF 11 HOURS, 22 MINUTES.  IT WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT THING I'VE EVER DONE BUT THE MOST REWARDING.  RAISING MONEY FOR PEOPLE IN NEED OF HELP AND THE SENSE OF ACHIEVEMENT IS PRICELESS.  LONDON MARATHON 2011.........BRING IT ON!!!

The Army Benevolent Fund helps soldiers, their families and ex soldiers in some of the following ways:

1.   Provides injured soldiers with electric wheelchairs, stair lifts and other mechanical aids.

2.   Provides support to children who have been bereaved when a parent has been killed, for example:  On operations such as Afghanistan.

3.   Provides aid to personnel who end up homeless.

Any amount of money that you feel you can donate will be greatly appreciated and I hope that I can make you proud.

Thank you so much.
