Hello all you generous people!!

As some of you may or may not be aware over the last few months we have been foolishly roped into competing in this years London Mazda Triathlon. Last years triathlon was sponsored by Michelob and participants were given a free beer after the race, this year expectations are high and as a result we have manged to gather a team of 18 individuals.

This years participants are as follows;

Individual Entries -

Sprint Distance - Cowan Kennedy, Ben Moey, Alexandra Cavliere, Bruce Taylor, David Horsburgh

Super Sprint - Karen Farrar

Team Entries (Sprint Distance) -

Team 2 - Susannah Clark, Kerry Rugg, Nicola Moon,

Team 3 - Aaron Dean, Brett Seymour, Anna Walker

Team 4 - Peter Garlick, Katie Trowsdale, Jacqui Stevenson

So that some good may come of this we have chosen to support the Gartmore charity 'The Shooting Stars Children's Hospice' which by pressing the "Sponsor us now" button above and below you can support as well.

Donating through this site is pretty easy, and as an extra incentive if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

The event is on the 9th and 10th of August down by Royal Victoria Dock, if you're free please come down and show some support.
