Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving Page

Most folks know that JustGiving is just a simple way to give a donation to a very worthy cause but by donating it's also genius to make sure I don't bail out & realise how daft I was in the 1st place to say I would do this 4 day, full on bike ride into the unknown.

The story:

I bought a fantastic bike (Dave), at the time of the Bradley Wiggins TDF win, since then he has done barely 20km around the Regents Park inner circle!!

Now.... knowing I am becoming active in the fight against Digenerative Dissorders (my father Ron Goldsmith passed away from MSA) and that I am a massive fan of the AMAZING work the MNDA are doing I was challenged to join my bike ridding buddies on this epic trip;

- LONDON to HARWICH (90miles)

- HOOK OF HOLLAND to AMSTERDAM (66miles)

- AMSTERDAM to TURNOUT (120miles)

- TURNOUT to BRUSSELS (72miles)

So I'm in, as of this Saturday Dave & I are hitting the streets. How this will end I'm unsure of only that I will be sore, bitter & exhausted & only hope that you friendly folks might take pity on me and chip in to make it worth while & help the MNDA make a difference for all of us as we live longer.
