I have decided to finally get off my ever increasing backside and do something energetic and constructive to help the children and families of Africa. During May 2009 I will be cycling 500 kilometers through villages and varying terrains to raise money for this amazing charity. Having seen images and reports of the vital work that they do I wanted to help and my target is £3000 as a minimum. I hope that you will feel that you can help by making any donation that you afford - and remember to take advantage of the tax additions if that applies to you.
