I am running to raise awareness and funds for Parkinsons UK and also to pay tribute to my Mum and thank my Dad - who looked after her through her illness.

In doing this I hope in some small part to help ease someone else’s burden and bring a cure  closer.

My Mum (Jamesina Kerr) suffered for 7 years with Parkinson’s and passed away on the 10th of May 2008.

We miss her terribly. 

We have memories now and what a wonderful woman my mother was.
