The worldwide events of Sudan and the Tsunami have been widely documented in the media and The Red Cross is doing everything it can to provide aid.
The crisis is far from over and now is the time for us to do really do something to help.
I have been training hard recently to run April's London Marathon for the cause. Now I need your help.
