I appreciate that in the current environment, every penny is extremely hard earned and giving to charity is not top of everyone's agenda. However it is at times like this that small charities need our support the most. This is particularly true for the Brent Centre for Young People, who are doing some great work for the often forgotten age range of 14-17 year olds. They will put any donations to very good use.

This will be my first full marathon and I have to say it is a little daunting and I know it is going to really hurt afterwards (and during probably!), but I sure that thinking of all your support will see me through! Many thanks for your support, it is very much appreciated
