Flora London Marathon 2009 · 26 April 2009 ·

AADC deficiency is a rare disabling brain disease. More than 100 children in 30 countries have been identified with the disease. It's proved fatal for some of them. The AADC Research Trust is a children's charity funding research, supporting affected families and promoting global disease awareness.

Story

On 26th April 2009 I will be running in the London Marathon.  This is the first and probably the last time I will be taking part in this great event so I would really like to raise as much as possible for my chosen charity The AADC Research Trust.

Please please read on, dig deep and help me support this fantastic cause.

Children suffering with AADC deficiency endure the most horrific and profound disabilities as well constantly fighting an ongoing daily battle to stay alive.

The AADC Research Trust is a small children's charity with an enormous task  as they strive to continue funding (expensive but essential) scientific research to improve the treatment stratergies these children so desperately need.

Please dig deep and know that every penny is invested into AADC research and supporting the AADC affected children and their families Worldwide.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The AADC Research Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

All that's left is for you to click on 'SPONSOR ME NOW' and pledge your support and for me to get training...training and much more training!!!

26 miles NO problem - all for a good cause!

Thanks a million
