In 2002 I decided to do a Trek in the Sahara for Macmillan, thinking it would be fun. Although it was fun I was moved by the stories of others and their praise for Macmillan, so much so that I decided to do it again in 2004.

Now 10 years on from that (don't know where the time has gone) I have decided it's about time I did something else to help.

Taking on the 3 Peaks is a challenge, one that I took on 10 years ago, with my friend Mark, for The British Heart Foundation. I hope I'll be up to the challenge this time.

I am aiming to raise £400 by doing this event and would be grateful for any donations.
