Hi all,

Yet again i have been talked into doing the London to Brighton bike ride in June!! (it seems to me that i could be doing it alone though as everyone who talked about doing it have gone very quiet recently). I would like to say a big thank you to all those who sponsored me last year and helped me raise in excess of £400.00.

I know money is a bit tight for everyone but hope you can spare a few pennies in the name of a good cause.
