I'm so easily led! a few mates and I were chatting over a pint, "who's up for the Great North Run"? you've probably guest it I was the only one who had their entry accepted. However two good things have come from it ,I've lost 2 stone from training and I'm running for the James Hopkins Trust ,a fantastic local charity that has supported a close family I know.
