Celebrating the birthday of Gavin and Melissa

Our objective is simple: 'Building Better Futures' for young adults with autism, by providing bespoke employment training and work experience. Training takes place at The Autism Trust & Polly's Place in Camberley, which sells handmade gifts & art created by people with autism & their families.

Story

Gav and I have a great friend with autism.  He is 11, beautiful, clever and funny but he is vulnerable too. His schooling has issues of its own, but when he leaves supported education there is very little out there to provide him with the support and infrastructure he needs to live a purposeful life.

The Autism Trust aims to develop a network of centers across the country which will offer safe havens for our friend and other children with Autism. He and other children like him need our help.

So - when you come to our party, looking fabulous, please don't bring a present - we really mean that.   If you spent what you might have done on a present here instead, we would be thrilled....it would make our birthday very special and together we can make a difference.

Thank you thank you

love Meliss and Gav
