The Goal - To run the Loch Ness Marathon in 4 Hours or less and raise funds for Help for Heroes in the process.

Help for Heroes is a worthwhile charity that care for our injured troops when they return from operations.  They help to rehabilitate the soldiers and make sure that they get the support that they deserve.
