Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.  Myself and my brother in law Darren Hibbert will be doing a sponsored 72hour endurance drive from Swansea to Monte Carlo in a 24 year old Volkswagen Golf Mk2 1.3 in early September, a distance of 1100 miles each way. In memory of Jenny Rashbrook, my lovely daughter who died on the 19th December 2006 aged just 16.Jenny had suffered from a deformed heart and a missing artery to her lungs, she had an operation for this in Aug 2006 but sadly never really recovered.  She died at John Radcliffe P.I.C.U a week after suffering a massive heart attack while undergoing a small routine cardiac catheter. Although as a family we are all devestated we carry on with the same fighting spirit that Jenny carried throughout her life and that is why we are keen to do this long gruelling journey so others may live and other families may be spared the loss and hurt of losing their child.
