Story

I was 16 years old when my mother was first diagnosed with cancer. She battled in and out of hospitals, with traditional treatments such as chemotherapy and new, such as vaccines. She suffered for 2 years before losing her fight. My mum passed away from Cancer in December 1996. I was 18 years old at the time. Needless to say it came as a massive shock to all of those around her that knew and loved her so much. She will forever be in our hearts and will be sadly missed always.

Unfortunately it would seem more and more people are affected by this horrible illness every day. People of all ages and creeds. Some die days after diagnosis some suffer greatly and battle for years.

The Cancer Treatment And Research Trust are one the most reputable units into cancer research worldwide. Their advances are distinctly noticed. Today they wish to increase the funds available to them to progress their research to new frontiers. CTRT are also building a new chemotherapy ward at the Mount Vernon Hospital in Northwood, Herts.

The impact this illness has not only on the patient but by all of their loved ones  can become a needless suffering in the future with the help of CTRT and the likes of yourselves. I ask that each and everyone of you give as generously as you are able to such a worthy cause in the hope that 1 day the human race can erase the existence of such an illness. 100% of monies and and tax benefits will all go direct to the charity.
